Trampoline & Tumbling

Trampoline and tumbling classes are the perfect sport for those who enjoy being airborne. Whether on the trampolines, double mini trampoline, or the sprung floor this sport is excellent for improving aerial awareness and coordination. Our classes use a systematic approach to ensure correct use and techniques are learned. Participants will develop core gymnastics skills and safe jumping practices, including landings, various jump styles, and basic rotational skills. Once basics are solid the skills can be refined and built on to create routines. Following the Australian levels program for trampoline, double mini trampoline, and tumbling the sky is the limit on how far participants can go in this program. TNT challenges the mind and body to reach new goals and it’s fun.

Tuesday 5pm is our Intermediate class, enrolment into this class is determined by coach selection. This class runs for 1.5hrs and costs $25 per class.

  • 8+ years. Mixed-gender classes. Socks, long sleeve top & long pants are recommended.
  • These 1 hour classes cost $22.00 per class, paid as a term fee ($220 for a 10 week term).
  • Annual Registration and Insurance fee of $70 is payable in Term 1 or on enrolment. This will expire on the 31st December each year.

Class Fees & Payment Information

Class fees are charged by the term & payable fortnightly in advance via direct debit through WorldPay or in full prior to the start of the term (fees are dependent upon the number of weeks in a given term). In addition, an annual, non-refundable registration fee that covers association memberships and insurance is paid upon enrolment. This registration fee expires on December 31st each year.

Uniform/Attire

Trampoline participants can wear a leotard, or they can wear snug fitted singlets, T-shirts, shorts, leggings, track pants, or hoodies. Please ensure these items are well fitted as loose-fitting clothing is a hazard. No crop tops or mid body showing tops, skirts, dresses, jeans, board shorts, stockings, or clothing with zips or buttons are permitted in training.

Socks are recommended to be worn for Trampoline.

All hair must be tied up neatly and off the face. Participants may be asked to redo their hair if it’s over their eyes. No jewelry or watches. Only stud or sleeper earrings are accepted. Gymnasts & Ninjas will be asked to remove any jewelry worn to classes. No fake fingernails are to be worn during training.
